My balance diet is not something new to add into my daily meals ok? In fact, I tell people we should have some nutritious food everyday to ensure our body functioning well in long term. For me, a balance diet is not necessarily relate to one wants to shed off the fats from body. It may be part of it but not entire of it! Well, same like the principle to a medicine does cure but it’s bitter. A balance diet normally consists of some very plain tasting food eg. wholegrain/wholemeal bread, cereal, green veggies and fruits. That’s why people won’t stick to it for long because the fried food are irresistible! Anyway, I’m looking for more information on fad diets that work from various resources.

    well I have heard about GM diet and Atkins as well but not sure about the benefits especially long term…

    i think i am over weight and my meal is not consider balance diet lo…

    still need to work it out
