~ Happy 11 months Old Darling! ~

n/b: Don’t fooled by this pix which he looks so quiet & innocent, his “activities” started few minutes later when we settled in the table@restaurant.

XJ will be 1 year old in another 1 month time! He is such a naughty monster but brings lotsa joys in the house, this is no doubt At this stage we gotta be extra careful when looking after him and never ever let him alone at any place even it’s just a few seconds. Because he is very curious for most of the things and he is learning to walk a little by little now. He loves to pull those magazines/CDs/DVDs which are beyond his reach so what he will do is raise up his heels & try to extend his little hands to touch it & pull it. He is successful most of the time!!! And one of his fav is to tear tissues into small pieces & let it “fly” so that u can imagine how messy my house is… And eating outside would be another headache ‘coz this little monster always wanted to get out from the baby chair & shouting at the highest volume. Your baby did that too? I always try to teach him behave well but maybe he is too young to understand. He never scared of me scolding him or beat his little hand when he done something dangerous, he still reply me with a lovely smile!

As for his latest development, he understands walker & tv ‘coz he will look at it when I mention it whilst he knows how to kiss & clap clap hand when I ask him to do it. So he is such a lovely darling when he suddenly hug my neck & kissing me for almost 5 seconds (he kisses me only but not any other people including his papa). He discovered clap hand one night by his own then I tell him that’s called “clap clap hand” so he can remember now & always clap his hand when he approaches us.

I’m not a patience mom & so is this little fella. I expose him some colorful books & teach him some common items from there + also tell him stories. I guess he is more interesting in flipping the pages & biting the edges of the book! His best pal is Mickey Mouse besides me, hubby, gong gong & poh poh. He can easily recognize Mickey Mouse & shouted non-stop! Ok XJ’s 1yo birthday plan is already in my mind. I never like a grand celebration but a simple one with just our family members. Venue confirmed & table booked. A little disappointed is my 3rd bro & family won’t join us ‘coz my 3rd sis in-law’s EDD is very near so XJ’s lil friend (my nephew just 1 yr older than XJ) can’t come to the party… The next thing I’ve to do is to search for a shirt@Pumpkin Patch for XJ to wear on birthday. It’s simple!

footnote: 1) He’s wearing M size Drypers/Huggies in diapers & Mamypoko in  pants. 2) He says “bah” or “berh” whenever he tries to tell us something.
