Went to fetch my parents for dinner at Mid Valley together with XJ yesterday night, I saw there’s a big brown envelope in my mom’s hand & I guess that’s the parcel for me. My guess was right as she handed to me when she got into the car. So do you know what’s that? It’s the prize gift which I won from participating in the commenting game (shall I call it game or contest?…) organized by a blogger friend, BoeyJoey. Although she is a mom of 2 lovely kids, she is still fresh and youthful just like the girl next door. What made this gift special to me because these 2 beautiful scrunchies are handmade by her! Oh yeah she sew pretty dresses to her daughter, makes hair clips & other handcrafts, cook some very delicious dishes for family… multi-talented! I can’t even do one of them, that’s shame… I guess there are more on her but I’ve yet to discover ‘coz we are relatively new friends.

Yeah I like it. Thank you BoeyJoey, they are so nice!

Friends is very subjective too. Old friends doesn’t mean one very good to us ‘coz they may turn to be “cold”after sometimes whereas new friends not necessarily stranger if we have interesting topics to share most of the time… When I have something “locked” in my heart, I’ll release that by blogging it & I feel good after that esp when reading people sharing their thoughts with me too. When participating some contests organized by bloggers will add the spice in blogging… and all these together I call it Fun In Blogging!

Talking about contests/games , it could be very lucky for me to win something. If that’s the ladyluck with me, I’ll try something grand… more greedy this time round…strike the grandprize in lottery! hahaha :-D  Just kidding, I do not gamble so this one could be impossible. Seriously, hope there’ll be at least a consolation prize from the contest I took part recently. Anyway, if there’s no news from me means nothing to be won ok? We shall see how it goes months later…

Viva Forever… Vivo Forever….

Blogging is such a wonderful pastime for me and since I’m addicted to it so much  it becomes a routine gradually. Initially I thought I started it just to test and play and I never imagine that I will stick to it ’til now (and I guess I’ll go on unless there’s no more blog or PC out of a sudden!… ;-)  You know when the first time I got comment from a friend, I was so happy & it even motivated me to write more. Ok yeah talking about friends I made over the blogsphere, I have something to say…

I’m wondering why some of my old (the 1st generation) friends just won’t come and visit anymore… I’m wondering you have this experience? I understand sometimes one will find our blog no longer interested so they will just leave, it’s fine ‘coz I’m doing the same too (but very minimal) and I understand too some have their personal reasons so they gotta stop blogging. I’m not talking about those. I have a few buddies whom we are once very good (I considered) commenting each other but they just stopped there eventhough I continue to comment on their posts (but of course I stopped visiting theirs too later) I think it’s kinda weird somehow… maybe my comments are irritating?… I don’t know… There’s one even strange, I find some mommies (only some ok) hardly to be friend with before I have a kid whereas some (again only some ok) single buddies no longer visit already after I have a kid… or I’m sensitive in that case?… I really scratch my head but reasons yet to be discovered!

I still keep in touch and have good bloggership with most of those I knew anyway. No matter what, it won’t stop me from making new friends ‘coz I love to read different lifestyles. So do you have any special experience in blogging? Mind to share?

I don’t have a good Alexa rank all the while although I have started quite sometime ago because I’m not an active blogger like many other bloggers  out there but hahaha… it’s improving although not a big leap within one week time. Thank you to my loyal & new readers and all the contributors!

… And the fella copied & pasted my entire write-up to the relevant forum! They seems like to always come to my blogs & check what I have written. Glad they know who I’m referring to even though I did not mention who they are & my effort in writing that is not wasted. That’s good for me too. Thanks again!

Most probably you guys won’t understand what I’m saying here. Read on if you like. I’m just looking for this medium to voice out my “uneasy-feeling” kept in my heart. After reading my dear buddy, Crystal’s post regarding her frustration on people working around her. I was totally agreed the point that people love to fooling around…

Someone thought I was cheating in order to write for some little money. After the relevant authority came out with the reply saying that I was not cheating coupled with a short reply from myself for the same purpose. But they were not satisfied with another round of attack because they seem don’t understand and only engaged with their mind of attacking. They said I shouldn’t do this and that like a saint in guarding the world of blogging likewise I had done something seriously wrong at the edge of laws.

Don’t tell me you won’t pick up a 10 bucks note ( or even less) when you bumped into it on the floor and put inside your pocket. It’s nothing wrong if you pick it right? It’s a special situation appears in front of you but not to anyone else. If you walked away, sure the next person will pick it up immediately without asking who has loss 10 bucks note.

So same situation, same thing actually happened on me. One of the fellas apologized but joined back the attack subsequently. I laughed uncontrollable. You don’t have your own say in the first place, how are you going to attack people? Someone mention A, you support A while they mention B you support B…

Since they made some hoo-haa over there, more people come reading my blogs so my Alexa rank got better. I thanked them in return and reply a thank you message trying to end the war of words. Then another fella said I was rude. This is clueless… Hey you, you should go through what these fellas used to say. The way they attack people is polite, is it? Yes, I think what I have done is ok and I did not do any harm to others. If it’s otherwise, I’m sure the relevant party will bar me from writing for them but they still give me the due opportunities.

Since we have different level of thinking, I do not intend to reply anything no matter what they say next. But one thing I must address here is that I can see why we are still very far behind the developed nation because this country is filled with people with narrowed mindset. Other people is working on how to create a better world, these fellas are still stuck on the thought of who should be blamed for.

It’s so exciting in taking part of the contest which is held by Constance in AlmanacQueen last month. I guess the contest is receiving some good response from her loyal readers including myself. The contest is to compete in posting comments in her entries. The top four commentators will be rewarded with different gifts. I’m so happy to be the 2nd top commentator in October. There was really a stiff competition especially towards the end. Most probably the readers love bento accessories since Constance is giving-away mostly bento gears. But my gift is something different, it’s a cute froggy cotton glove with two tiny container. I’m looking forward to the on-going November contest now and hope to be one of the winners again… Thanks Constance!

Hi, buddies! Sorry that I didn’t show up in the blogsphere for exactly 2-week! At first I was just thinking to lazy a bit after our family trip to Penang but time really flying without realizing it’s been 14 days I stopped from updating my blog. And US Open (last Grand Slam of the year) is started right after the end of Olympic. So I’m busy catching up with the matches in the midnight. (as I’ve mentioned last time that I’ll be busy during the Grand Slam days) There’ll be some backdated posts coming up since they are sleeping in the draft for quite some time already.

I’m so happy that Rafa got his gold medal in Beijing Olympic Games. When he has beaten Djokovic, I was so sure that he won’t has trouble facing Gonzales in the final. This gold medal meant a lot to Rafa as he is crowned No. 1 after that (although he has earned enough points to rank #1 even if he loss in the game) but winning gold is of course happier! Rafa has spent more than 4 years to reach to the top and I hope there’ll be more breakthrough created by Rafa.

I was jumping happily and truly excited when receiving the emails from SocialSpark informing me that I have been awarded the bonus for the post written earlier. And the more exciting one was because I was so lucky they awarded me not just one but three! OMG! I can’t believe my eyes and I even pulled my hubby in front of the PC and asked him to re-confirm. I was so frustrated yesterday night! I’m wondering was there only myself facing such ridiculous “twilight zone” in front of the PC, scratching my head for answer…and no one can help. OK, I’m talking about writing ppost for one of the biggest advertisers with long Ps. You all know which one right?…

The incident was started like this:- I’m blogging while waiting some opps either in white or green. Wow…suddenly a few appeared in white, I was so happy and quickly tried to grab those thinking that tonight can earn a bit more, hehehe…To my surprise, whenever I click the title in order to do the following steps, there was a sentence saying that “sorry, you do not meet the opportunity requirements”. The legend there is clearly stated that those in white means that the opp is available otherwise it should have shaded in red right?…Those opps appear in white many times but I can’t click it for the reservation page, if you were me how do you feel?…surely frustrated right?… I felt sorry to disturb Cookingmomster (she has cough) in asking her whether or not she encountered this (but she said no). So I had no choice and submitted the ticket to the support team. Guess what they replied me the following day? Something like this~> “There is sometimes where opp unavailable to you but it appears in white whereas sometimes opp available to you but it appears in red, this is totally a display problem…” I laughed in anger, how could this “Valid” as a reason?!

But later on, I saw my other blog appears as Featured Blog (remember to click the image to enlarge) in Social Spark. Only then I was cool down a bit. But I hope they will get their display problem resolved soon. Or I’m thinking “are they purposely doing this sort of controlling the volume of submissions?…” What do you think?

Good Morning folks! This is 12:55am and it’s Labour Day which means a holiday. Of course I’m not gonna sleep early. Oops I did it again!…A bit of guilty because I ate McD nuggets after dinner. Don’t bother much for time being because I do it once in a while. As usual, I’m stick to the PC blogging while my hubby is crazy-ing over his 2nd babe—audio visual system, testing this and that kind of thing.

I have discovered something which caught my interest but many of you already knew it. It’s about the blogger’s choice awards. So I have been placed in the category of “Best Blog of All Time“.
